fresh start


A great and healthy way to kick start your day is to.
Add boiled water into your favourite cup it usually tastes better if it's a nice one, squeeze some lemon into it and grate some fresh ginger and drink it slowly. Tastes really good, and gives you energy for the rest of the day. and please don't add any sugar to it, it's supposed to be sour.
