Yesterday we spent an amazing afternoon by the seaside. Felt like summer is back on again. We always visit the same beach in Mwnt. A little hidden gem.

Wales is great, having a fantastic time here, enjoying some time away from Bath which is just what I needed.
Can't help thinking about all the horrible stuff going on in Norway. I know I've got quite a few readers in Norway, and I hope all your loved ones are safe and well. Lots of Love. x
