I know, alot of posts about food lately. ... I love food. Maybe a bit too much. As you know I don't cook much. My boyfriend does. But that's his passion. Mine is eating it. But today I made Taco Pie. Last time I made Taco pie i was 15 or something. I'm still on that level of cooking. It's got to be easy and super quick and delicious of course. This dish is yummy and takes about 30 minutes.
Hey, don´t forget! You make a mean couscous salad. And pasta salad too :-)
