The Swedish style baked potato


This one of my favourite dishes....probably because it's super easy.

Bake the potatoes in the oven on 200C for about 1 hour. (until soft in the middle)
Don't forget to drizzle the potato with some olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt for that crispy skin we all want.

Mix: shrimps, creme fraiche, chopped red onion, a squeeze of lemon and finely chopped dill. Add salt and peppar.

Once the potato is done, cut it open and add the delicious mix.
