Skyped with my little sister this morning. She told me that she had just been to her local bakery. She goes there almost every morning and buys this amazing Italian Focaccia bread. (she lives in Italy).
Suddenly. I got this craving. I wanted Focaccia too. So I went to Bertinet's Bakery and got some.
It was nice. But not the same. The Italians know what they're doing. And they do it the best.

Salt and Vinegar Potato Salad.

I made this Salt and Vinegar potato salad today for lunch. It was really nice. And tasty. If you're a fan of S&V crisps, you should definitely try this one. I'm a bit lazy and can't be bothered to write the whole recipe down for you guys so I will just link to the site I found it on. CLICK HERE. It was easy. I just changed the original recipe slightly. I used new potatoes instead and added fresh green beans.

October heat.

It's October and today the temperature was 29C. Twenty nine degrees. Amazing. Feels weird reading the November issue of Elle magazine in shorts and tshirt. Weird but lovely.
