Skyped with my little sister this morning. She told me that she had just been to her local bakery. She goes there almost every morning and buys this amazing Italian Focaccia bread. (she lives in Italy).
Suddenly. I got this craving. I wanted Focaccia too. So I went to Bertinet's Bakery and got some.
It was nice. But not the same. The Italians know what they're doing. And they do it the best.

Ukranian food can be quite an experience ... last night I had a really good "borscht" (a local soup made with beetroot) ... followed by a few vodka shots..
outcome: woke up with a very bad headache! :))
