morning walk.

I decided when I woke up this Monday morning that I was gonna be super healthy this week. 
Like super healthy. 
1 hour powerwalk every morning and a pilates class in the evening. 
My first morning walk wasn't a pleasant experience let me tell you. -1 degrees, ice cold sidewind and a depressingly grey sky.  
But, that's not gonna stop me. This is just the beginning.
