A new beginning
Ok, today I'm starting my new healthy lifestyle. I've said that before i know but it's summer and I know everyone feels a little better about themselves with a little more exercise, healthy food and a little less cakes and alcohol. Starting the 1 hour morning walks and pilates and yoga 3 classes a week. Give it a month and i will be seriously fit. i hope.
