[bru-sket-ta]

Bruschetta for lunch.
As I mostly enjoy making food that takes no longer than 15 minutes this is perfect for lunch.

French baguette
Cherry tomatoes chopped
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
Olive oil
Fresh basil chopped
Salt
Chop, mix and serve on toasted slices of bread.
Nice.
