Sunny Saturday! I love it. Yesterdays Royal wedding celebration was a quite chill one, at least for me. Watched the ceremony on TV. Shed a tear or two. Why are weddings so bloody emotional? I don't even know these people!! But they seem like a beautiful couple.
Now, I'm gonna put on some sunscreen and enjoy the sunshine on my little courtyard. Speak to you later!

Yesterday was an emotional day. So a takeaway pizza and a bottle of wine in the park with great company after work made my day a little bit better..
But now. It's a new day. And a royal wedding to celebrate!!

A beautiful chill day like today, I decided to wear my blue maxi dress from ASOS. I love it, although a few of my male friends hate it. They say I look like Sue Ellen at a pool party. I don't really get that. Maxi dresses are great, especially this time of the year when your legs are still pretty white. .....and yeah I know I look pretty miserable in the last picture, I blame it on photobooth!

Sunday the 17th.

My Sunday dinner needed to be a little bit more healthy, so a salad with halloumi cheese and homemade rye bread with cheese and other bits was on the menu today. ..This weekend has been pretty much non existent. I've just been working. So I'm looking forward to tomorrow and a new week with lots of fun!!

COLD

The last two days have been shit. I've had a cold. One of those really bad colds that you feel like you're about to die any minute. For the past two days I've been stuck in bed, feeling sorry for myself and I've watched A LOT of TV. Really crap TV. Think I watched about 15 episodes of Come Dine with me. And I don't even like that shit. I just haven't had the strength to change channel. Ahhh but now...I'm on my way to recovery....

Red lips.

When the spring/summer season arrives I always tend to switch to wear more softer pink/nude colours on my lips. But reading the May issue of UK Elle I think I'm gonna continue doing red and dark colours on my lips throughout the summer season. Why? Because it's hot!! Red lips never go out of season!

Life is pretty fantastic sometimes.

Today was one of those days when you just ...feel.....really happy. This weather is making me feel so good. So alive. My morning walk was one of the best ones I've had in a long time. Beauty is everywhere. I even had a little squirell chilling beside me on a park bench ( I admit, I was terrified. Do they attack people?) On my walk back home I had to buy an ice cream, the first of the year. So much for my new exercise routine.
