Went for a walk after work. I'm really loving these sunny but colder early autumn days. I know people feel a bit depressed about summer being over and all, but really the autumn is pretty cool too... think of all the cosy film nights, take-aways, planning winter holidays and lighting candles everywhere in your home.! It ain't all bad.

The rain is pouring down outside. But it doesn't matter because my home is smelling Chocolate Chip Peanut butter cookies. Baking is actually quite relaxing. I should do it more often. Or maybe not.

it is a good morning.

Lots of thoughts kept me up last night. Thinking about life, relationships, friendships and how to live a good life. Life is so incredibly beautiful if we manage it well. it's just learning how to do it. I often think about what my best friend always tells me. 

Keep it simple. In whatever it is you do in life. Just keep it simple. Just surround yourself with people who know your worth. You don't need too many people to be happy. Just a few real ones who can appreciate you for who you are.

monday morning.

Had the worst night ever. Just couldn't fall asleep last night. Took me hours until I finally drifted off.... and then waking up this morning with only 4 hours of sleep, hearing the rain pissing it down outside I just felt like this is gonna be a long and shit day. But then.....you check your phone to see that you've received the most incredible text message that makes everything feel just perfectly fine again. I'm in love with life. I just sometimes forget.

Just came back from having my last 'fika' with my Swedish friend Linnea. Her and her boyfriend Matt are moving back to Gothenburg. Feels a bit sad. I need my Swedish buddies in this small town.

My friends Sophia and Squidge came over this evening to hang out. We cooked food, watched films and had bubble baths.

Woke up this morning with a cold. One of those colds that make you feel completely pathetic. You feel sorry for yourself and you want things, comfort foodie things. My feelingsorryformyselfcravings has always been the same. Earl Grey tea and cinnamon buns, hard bread with Emmental cheese and cucumber and a cup of hot chocolate with that.

 Me and a good friend of mine both secretly share this weird love for old abandoned graveyards. There's something so magical and dark but yet so peaceful about them. This one is beautiful, overgrown and haunted. No doubt about it. I'm gonna go back to this place on halloween. I wanna see ghosts, zombies and a perfect full moon.

the past five days.

Had a little break from my blog, been working lots lately and I haven't really had the energy to even open my laptop. It's been great five days though, sunny and busy, so therefore I'll just give you.....My five past days in photos. Top one; My favourite street in Bath where I walk to and from work.....Had a dinner at home with my gorgeous Swedish friends that came over on Saturday night. Celebration drinks at The Bell, my lovely friend Sophia celebrated her birthday with lots of friends, kids and early evening shots. Later on dancing, more shots and my first McDonalds meal in 10 years.
