making hummus.

First time making hummus... so bloody easy and it tastes so much better than any of the ones you buy in the supermarket.

2 cans of chickpeas 240g each
2 table spoons of Tahini
7 table spoons of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
2 lemons
Salt and pepper 
Mix it all up and serve with fresh parsley and chili.
Dip with carrots, pita or whatever you fancy.

And also, how nice is it to be cooking outside in this weather....!?
