Sorry to all vegetarians. I can totally see how the top picture must make you feel.. But tonight my boyfriend made this amazing chicken salad. Roasted the chicken for about 1 1/2 hours in the oven, and then sliced it up perfectly moist, on a bed of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and some other bits.
Wow! It looks delicious... your a lucky girl Rene to have that food cooked for you!! X
