I have started taking walks after work. It sort of clears my head. Sometimes we all need to do that. On my way home I bought this years first punnet of British strawberries. Great feeling.

orange wednesday

Wednesday nights have become cinema nights. Sometimes pizza. Tonight was one of those nights. Pizza and Leo. As in the actor. Went to see 'Shutter Island'. Really enjoyed it. A lot of twists.
We had dough balls in pizza express. Dough balls. What a weird thing. It's really disgusting thinking about it now, but it is quite nice in a disgusting way. The last picture is a weird one. I captured my friends Grazzie and Lamont in an unexpected moment. The are both reading the same voucher thing. They just do it in different ways. I think I captured their personalities a bit. I think they know what I mean.

ballerina

I tried on my old ballet shoes last night. Felt like a life time ago since I danced. I took ballet classes for twelve years believe it or not. From age three to fifteen. If I would ever have a daughter one day, i would love for her to dance ballet. It's so beautiful.

blueberries

My mum brought over some amazing chocolate when she was here. The Finnish chocolate brand Fazer probably makes the best chocolate in the world. Like this one, just look at it. Blueberry pie in milk chocolate. It doesn't get any better than that.
My family loves blueberries. It might be a Scandinavian thing, not sure. But we love them. The last three pictures were taken last summer in North Sweden. We pick them in the woods. It doesn't take long because the woods are full of them. We then go home and make blueberry pies, jams, juice, anything. Well, I might not do the baking part but I love to eat them in pies, warm with vanilla ice cream or some fresh custard. In the last picture you can see that I have even taught the Brits how to do it. The best picking techniques.

going maxi

These two maxi dresses from ASOS were delivered to my door today. Really like them. The black one is more dressy and the blue abit more casual. They will be worn to death this summer. And on my holiday next month. Perfect.

just me

Towards Sunday evening it got sort of cold again. Can't trust this weather. Anyway, today has been a weird day. I have been feeling really anxious. Like if there was something that I had forgotten. Something important. I get that quite often. That I was suppose to be somewhere, or do something or call someone. I think it's called stress. Too much going on in my head at the moment . A movie and a cup of tea might cure it.

A quick powerwalk in the morning, took some photos along the way. Everything looks so pretty and colourful. When did all this happen? I love spring.

just chillin

As I feel extremely tired today I'm enjoying a quiet night in eating one of my favourite dishes. Not sure if it looks that appetizing in the picture, but it's basically salad with fried onions and beef and mustard sauce. Very simple. Very good. Soon I'm gonna watch 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' on dvd and pop some popcorn. That's about it. Looking forward to tomorrow. A long sleep in and a large brunch in the sun! This is what I have got in front of me when I eat my lunch at work. I mean, this is not good for me. Not at all. The salad from Pret is my lunch and the rest is, well sort of everyones. Talk about temptations. Beach 2010 here I so not come.

Went for a walk after work. Sun was still shining. People wearing tshirt and shorts. They have waited so desperately for the spring to arrive that they can't wait no longer. 11 degrees. That's it. Shorts on. Picnic in the park. It's summer. Crazy people.
Anyway, took a few photos of these beautiful trees in Queens square.
